All payments made to Amplify Creative LLC are considered final. Once a project or service has started, refunds are generally not available.
2. When a Refund May Apply

- A duplicate or accidental payment was made
- We are unable to deliver the agreed service
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind after work has begun

- Dissatisfaction outside the agreed scope of work
4. Service Terms
Monthly services (SEO, Ads, etc.) are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the billing period begins
One-time projects are non-refundable after work has started
Clients may cancel upcoming services before the next billing cycle
5. Cancellation Policy
Clients can request cancellation before the next billing cycle. Once a new billing period starts, that cycle’s payment will not be refunded.
